Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become character.
Watch your character, they become destiny.

2011

A week has past into the new year.....has yet to decide on what to do after my retirement in about 10-11 months time, thus ending some 30 years as a government servant.

Would love to do the things that I love doing.......cooking, handicraft, interior decorating and of course my current profession - planning  (especially development control). To start a business.....I'm hopeless in that....would end up giving away free. As the saying goes...Friday's child is loving and giving......so being one, I guess it best describes me.

On the other end, I love to travel , read, write, eat,...... besides just lazing and watching TV (movies). One thing for sure, I'll continue doing what I'm doing part-time now, but after this it'll be full time so that I'll accomplish what I've been wishing for so long. Insya'allah.

So till I've finally made up my mind, we'll wait and see.

Mukadimah.

This blog was created a few weeks ago by my only daughter, Nur Qistina Izzani. (Thanks Na.)  Been wanting to do this for quite sometime but didn't know how to start. They said this is the latest concept where one could release one's thoughts......and all else, so as to avoid stress. Well, it has yet to be tested.........

For a working mum who's more than half a century old... (a friend once reminded me not to use this term again....but why fear because it's a fact, and I am proud of it because at this age, I am still around and mentally sound....) , this is indeed a fresh experience......

This blog was created to share with friends and loved ones about life and love, my likes and dislikes, my experiences, my thoughts and all else that can be of guidance to those younger, especially my loved ones.....Iqwan Nazrein and Aida, Izzat Nacquiuddin, Izzuddin Najmi, Nur Qistina Izzani and Irfan Najhan.

That's it for the preamble.
